Day 2 and feeling fine

Day 2 for me and feeling fine, in fact better than fine, great. I dont know what is happening but this is a rerun so far of my first, and most successful quit attempt in July 2010 and I will not slip like last time.

Maybe the NRT is working a bit too well this time but no cravings so far, in fact I know from last time when I get craving it is time to end the NRT but give me maybe 3 weeks. The weekend will be the hardest as that is the usual high smoke days but I am off to look at a Tractor on saturday, early start so should break the routine enough to kill the psycological need to puff away after shopping.

Way to go Dagget! Keep on trucking, or tractoring as it seems.

I did great all day up until a couple hours ago, now my brain is trying to convince me it would just be easier to give up and light up. Going to do some physical labour around the house, hopefully that will ease the cravings.

It may help to acknowledge the cravings and remember why they are occurring. Let yourself feel them as they happen and acknowledge them when they pass.

Look forward to a much more fulfilling and satisfying life. It is absolutely awesome being free!

I like it, embrace the cravings, it is the healing in action. I was so looking forward to the healing feeling and recovery this time, being able to sleep properly, a clear head, better breating and not going outside at all ours and coming back smelling awful!

Cuddle those cravings!!

He he!! It's true, the cravings are a sign of the body healing- just think, every one we do, is one less to get through!! :)

I am now actually looking forward to Day 3 which starts at 2pm!! :)

Thanks for that, embrace the cravings. I love that, and it's helping me this very instant as I have my required morning coffee without the previously required death stick.

Thank you all, my life savers :)
