Hello Day One

Well here it goes!!

Put my last fags out 15 minutes ago, so I'm now a non-smoker.

Didn't enjoy my last smokes at all, they tasted disgusting, smelled disgusting and i was perfectly aware of why I smoked them - addiction.

Sprayed my last fags with Febreeze and binned them, but I am keeping my ashtray pouch and some fag ends to remind me how vile smoking smells. If that doesn't put me off, nothing will!!

Going to take it gently, patch up when I wake up, chew lots and vent more on here most likely but this is it.

Well I'm curled up in the warm, haven't killed anyone and haven't smoked!!

Got some symptoms kicking in now, my toes are sore like last time and are starting to feel warm and when I breathe in deeply or cough am sure I can feel stuff moving in my lungs o.O

Oh and I have a cough starting up, and an irritating smell of smoke in my nose again

You are a delicate pretty young lady with a vivacious wit,you smell lovely now,you have some extra cash in your purse,and whatever physical ailments are there today will not be around for long as they are symptomatic only of your body,re-adjusting to life after poison.

Also Gemma cos there will be no ECig this time you will be free of Nicotine after patches etc so this will feel much better and much different to when you were puffing away furiously on the Ecig xx

Yep, don't think I'll be awake much longer now :eek: so it's nearly day 3!!

Um, my favourite coat - the one I told you about - the right side of it pongs, the one I wear most days smells totally faggy (or it did when I locked it in my car and gave mum the keys) my favourite bag (leopard print of course :p) stinks like the ashtray I carried in it so yeah you're right there!!

My lungs haven't been treated to (according to my app) 475mg of tar - amazed I didn't drown :eek: and I have not smoked 53 fags - might be a bit skewed 'cos I quit before bedtime but hey. Ooh and i'm £22 better off!!
