My main reason is health.

Early October I had the flu and was really ill for 3 weeks, next I developed a chest infection, 3 course of antibiotics later I think it has shifted. I got so low my body developed various other infections too. My GP mentioned COPD. It terrifies me. So here I am. Praying hard for success :)

Hello Lindy, welcome to the forum....no praying required just a good ol' dollop of self belief. You can do this :)

Thank you :). I am sorry to hear you have COPD Karri and wish you lots of success with your quit. I love your attitude Isolde :)

It's quite a strange feeling to be smoke free even for a few short days. I've only ever tried once before (about 8 years ago) and failed on day 2 :(

I'm feeling really positive at the end of day 3 despite it being a roller coaster :D
