Two years for me.

Hi Bluetree - it's coming up to two year for me So glad i stopped smoking. it gets so much easier as time goes on. The thought of smoking makes me feel nauseous now.

Steelfixer - i think it's right to say Jan 2011 quitters if it's two years for us - that's when we stopped.

I remember doing the data - 38% success rate - very good for 1 year.

I wonder if that 38% all kept their quit after one year - it would be interesting to find out.
