Thanks AndrewG i will never catch you but you inspire me. day by day my quit happens. we beat the smoking demon, we beat the price rises, we beat the "oh lets hide the cigarettes in supermarkets behind screens and pretend there not there" we improve our health, we save loads of cash. we make new friends.

What a great life. wish i'd done it years ago. the first step is all it takes.

Hello all, i am still here!!!

Got to say that the last few days could have been the most tempting and really for no reason!!!

We were tempted,we didn't succumb!!!

Day 98,Whoop Whoop!!!

Keep thinking of a member pfaber who did 99 days,succumbed for just 1 I think so took himself back to day 1!!

Cannot see any recent posts so not sure how they are doing!!!

So just a "well done to all" we can beat this,yes its tempting but would we want to undo all the hard work so far?

Would it taste nice?....OMG...NO!!!

Would it solve any problems we have?...NO

Would it make us feel better?..NO...probably 10 times as worse with the guilt of it all!!
