On track again at last! Loving what i have achieved so far. Not managed to go cold turkey not ready and tbh dobt wanna rush and ruin a good thing so happy to stay on track. Think.ill aim to use ecig till xmas n go from.there. Slhaowly transition equals steady quit. Yay veryhappy xxx

Glad to see you are getting there this time. I have never seen a person with as much determination as you.

Whatever you need to do to get through is the way to do it. If you need to single handedly fund the ecig market then you do it. The mission is what matters!

The smell of fags makes me feel sick now. I sniffed a butt this morning in the ashtray mum putt out, just so i could say to myself ewww no thank you! Im not going to get carried away because i do have that odd moment where i could easily slip, but 99% of the time im a happy non smoker.
