Well done, great to hear you had a day 2 where it went OK.
I'm sure you can make it, 2 out of the first 3 days almost gone! Just keep hanging on, reading helped me a lot the first three days. Just as 'trying' to encourage others is helping me now.
are the first 3 days meant to be the worst then? i tried last year with champix, thought id cracked it and came off the tablets far too early, then started smoking again. ive had a couple of moments today but nothing that bad (touch wood).
how long have you beeen quit for?
xx
lol just read your siggy, so i know how long youve been stopped for, well done xxx

Hi Blackrose, glad to hear you're getting through day 2 so well, also on day 2 here, no major freakouts here either, although I am getting wave after wave of cravings in the last hour or so, think I've went through about 2 packets of cashew nuts
Anyway, here's to a positive ending to day 2 and a lovely smoke free start to day 3
I know i said i was feeling fine on day 2, well im not now, i want to kill someone, ive felt like this for about 15 mins, god i hope it passes soon lol.
ive got one of those inhalator things from last time, but i dont want to give myself another hit off nicotine after 2 days without.
Lol fallen angel, you sound just like me, one of my kids are in bed now, so thats a bit less stress i have to deal with, the others 8 so shes not too much trouble, and ive told her i might be physcho ( i can never spell that word lol) mum for a while, shee knows when to take cover.
one good thing is i think ive eaten the entire contents of the house, i ve been trying to put on weight for13 years, so hopefulyy itll help.
someone mentioned that sky channel, 275 body in balance, so i was there last night trying to do the yoga and bollywood dance thingy, i must have looked a right sight, god im so unfit lol.
lol totally sympathising! im not the most serene person on a normal day.....today people are crossing the road to avoid me!! couldn't talk to anybody all day, everything everyone said wound me up incredibly, bit scared im going to get sacked and dumped by my partner to be honest (family and partner not very sympathetic or supportive unfortunately).
Might need to do some research into some kind of stress/anger relieving remedies. usually when i get this worked up i have a you know what!
Tbh i hate everybody and everything today and want to escape on my own to a desert island somewhere with no shops! lol!
Hope u all start to feel better (and calmer) soon. Havn't got much advise to impart as i have tried and failed so many times and never managed more than about a week.
The horse is lame, The kids are annoying me even though they are in bed now, ok ok i'm looking for excuses really. The boyfriend IS NOT helping, could strangle him.
i'm bored of drinking and eating. Just dying from smoking sounds like fun right now.
i know how you feel, im dying for one, i keep thinking, just one little puff, then start again tomorrow, but i know if i did that id go n buy a packet in the morning. and i DONT want to fail this time.
my boyf works away so he`s not back till wed, he`d be stressing me out if he was here tho, he smokes like a trooper which doesnt help.
you can do it, have an early night like me, might feel better in the morning.:eek:
My oh has given up with me but we dont live together, a good thing because he still has 'a smoke' at night. Which means nicotine is still in his system so surely he hasn't really kicked it yet. Oh well not our probem i suppose.
