i second that one :)

it is doable and as long as you remember to keep repeating i choose not to smoke today and taking one day at a time breaking it up

distracting your mind and keeping your hands busy

using this forum as often as you need and keep reading some of the posts in the tip section

you will win your freedom back from that horrid smelly addictive poisonious expensive white stick

it is doable for most that have joined this site they never thought they could do it but they are winning the war

never give up giving up

you will get there :)

onwards and upwards is the only way to go

The nhs stoptober pack is really bad u dont get no support or info in it.... the best thing about it is the calender! Which I got my pack in aug n I had to put stickers on mine.,,, nothing like that! So this will b the best place

I have NRT lozenges as a back and taken a couple today... I am determined not to slip this time....

I am guessing it takes 6 months to feel risk free ?

I have only ever managed as an average 2 weeks , i once got to 3 weeks and still felt the twinges .
