Good luck to all that are doing stoptober!!!
1st october!: Good luck to all that are doing... - No Smoking Day
1st october!
i second that one
it is doable and as long as you remember to keep repeating i choose not to smoke today and taking one day at a time breaking it up
distracting your mind and keeping your hands busy
using this forum as often as you need and keep reading some of the posts in the tip section
you will win your freedom back from that horrid smelly addictive poisonious expensive white stick
it is doable for most that have joined this site they never thought they could do it but they are winning the war
never give up giving up
you will get there
onwards and upwards is the only way to go
Agreed - Good luck to all doing Stoptober.
