I just wanted to start a thread to see how many of us there are about still and fingers crossed still going strong. We are into our 11th month and it would be nice to hear back from those in that group regardless of situation.

Anyhow im doing ok, looking forward to meeting you all in the Penthouse in Oct.

For the last 11 months 1 days 22 hours 17 minutes I have been smoke-free, thats a freaking massive 4,716 cigarettes not smoked,

a whopping £1,190.79 not spent,

and a wonderful 2weeks 2 days 9 hours 0 minutes of my life saved

I don't get on often now but then I don't think of smoking that often any more. I hope you are all well and strong in your quits and I shall be back on the 13th Oct to celebrate my one full year with you all

Hi, all my October buddies,

Im still here as well, sticking to the NOPE, cold Turkey on 10,10,10

Eleven months, three weeks, 13 hours, 26 minutes and 40 seconds.

7131 cigarettes not smoked, saving £1,711.49.

Life saved: 3 weeks, 3 days, 18 hours, 15 minutes.
