I tried the gum before but didnt like it. Im not a gum chewer lol
I thought it might have happened when i started with the patches but was surprised tonight. (have taken it off early tonight in the hope I can get some sleep)
It wasnt sore when it was on, only noticed when I took the blooming thing off. I am using lozenges aswell........only have about 4 a day tho
i had that one day when i had used a different ( and highly perfumed) shower gel?
they also say not to put them on the same place for at least 4 days but if you have used different places every day... could it be an area where you may 'perspire' or certain clothes rub and it irritates it?
trying to do outloud thinking here in case it helps you xx
lets hope it seetles down, maybe find a place a bit 'fleshier' that wont get as irritated- inside your bra is a good place and if it does get red it wont show
Glad it's not hurting any more!! It might just be a one off then?

I put mine just underneath where my bra sits, and tbh it got a bit itchy if I put it too far up - am guessing it's the heat!!
You can't really start scratching there though, lol
Not a patch wearer mate but Gem (who seems to be offline at the mo) is and she takes hers off as otherwise she gets weird dreams. I guess it's a suck it and see thing, see how you go and if you have problems sleeping or get weird dreams then take it off when you get in to bed. I think Sammi leaves hers on, doesn't get the dreams and it helps with the first thing in the morning trigger so it's horses for courses from what I can tell.
I'm here!!
And yes definitely take your patch off at night if you start to get nightmares. Mine were very vivid and very scary.
You've got to just try and find out - but if you pop your patch on as soon as you wake up, it's not too bad for craves!!
