Hi all,

as you can imagine I am new here!

Today is my 15th day without a cigarette and kind of proud of myself.

It is not easy, that is for sure ....

However, I just wanted to say thank you to all who share their experiences ....

Yes, I keep ticking off days and I put the money in a jar, just to make it obvious how much I am saving!

I was actually not aware that I had some kind of relationship with this nasty habit .... quite a ,strong' one to be honest ....

I think I am doing ok, but once in a while ... it is quite tempting to have ,just one'. I know it sounds ridiculous! But I will fight my inner demon and hope that the ,bad thoughts' disappear as quickly as they came!
