Hi, Day 10 of champix day 2 stopped, feeling good today thankfully. Have thought of smoking a few times today, but no actual cravings hoping eventually the thoughts will stop when i get into a new rotuine.

A new routine is key to sucess; it helps you not to dwell on the time you miss the eveil sticks!! Thats my experience anyway, I took up jogging and going to bed early! Now, I feel great and rarely think of them!
