The first few days tend to hit hardest, but be prepared for some further side-effects as your body attempts to adjust to the healthier lifestyle. Strange but true, many people report feeling worse for a few weeks and sometimes even months after they give up. Just warning you, because it would be silly to start again just for short-term gain!
Still feeling light headed and dizzy, but I seem to have settled down a bit now. The anxiety has faded off for a bit, so at least I'm getting a break from that.
Looking forward to posting on day 3 tomorrow. Haha.
I seem to remember it was a couple of weeks before my head cleared, the light headedness is something that I will always remember. Keep at it and it will soon clear
I remember being on holiday for my first quite (over new year). I spent it spread out on the sofa as I felt so rubbish. The light headed thing isn't abnormal and will hopefully pass quickly.
I remember the dizzy feeling from previous attempts apparently it is your brain being highly delighted at now being fed with better oxygenated blood rather than the semi poisoned stuff its become used to. So in a weird way ENJOY winning
