Wen I was a smoker I smoked and drank coffee loads I used to have at least 7 at work.
But I gave up fags and only had the 1 maybe 2 a day..
With being sick of my anxity after 8 months quit I'm trying e wry thing to get rid of it.. So for 2 days iv drink nowt but fruit juice and herbal teas.. And have had hardly any anxity..
Today iv had a horrid day woke up couldn't keep my eyes open wen I went shopping.. Had really bad deprestion due to the docs changing my contraceptive pill.. So iv bin crying at silly stuff or getting angry fir no reason and really wanting to smoke . So I had a coffee.
Now I'm feeling jumpy with anxity.. And basicly like crap..
So even that one cup maybe causing this.. But if I don't have one in morning I feel like I could sleep while I'm walking

I quit caffeine not long before I quit smoking and it took me a few days to settle down - if I have caffeine now I know I'll feel pants for a few hours but also know it will pass - it gives me a headache and makes me feel on edge.
Stick with it - I feel less stressed and sleep loads better. If you can try the decaff millicano coffee (there are other decaffs available:D) it's the best one I've tried so far and it might be enough to con your brain into thinking you've had a real coffee
