Promissed myself i get lung cancer if i smoke again again

So i get totally stressed out when i smoke like u know u get hoarse and have to spit up?

well i get it all the time + a lot of mucus in my throat

that means i have to sink when speaking all the time and im so paranoid that it might be smoking that caused these things?

Well if any of you have any idea what it could be else other than symptoms of lung cancer, cause it really anoys me ty, maybe its something else i dont know what it feels like to have lung cancer or Smoking Lungs but maybe its just something normal i have and not even from smoking?

mainly because i have to sink sometimes and sometimes i panic cause i nearly cant breath out of my nose, and have to mouth breath like a dieing person

i know smoking might be good to quit on now, but i LOVE being high from smoking the dizzy is what i love about it nothing else

I am a pack a day smoker with 20-30 a day sometimes even more cause im so bored

im only 19 so i guess i smoke A LOT for my age.

We all get throat and gunk probs when we smoke cos that is part of it. But I doubt at your age that you have lung cancer cos if you did you would be coughing up blood. But I don't know that for sure and I am not an expert, so please, please see your doctor and tell him/her about your fears. And if you give up smoking at your age your body will return to that of a never smoker. So go for it

Ty for the apply i wanted to add i weigh less than my littlebrother who's 15 and weigh 65 kg

Im 19 and weigh 61 kg

I dont eat a lot cause my smoking habbit takes it away sometimes at mornings etc

I come from a family with big chain smokers all the way the only one that hvnt started smoking was my littlebrother yet..

My grand dad even died from bronchitis from smoking so im wondering if i can have some genes to die from this aswell?

i have a very deep voice as well for my age i dont know anyone with such a deep voice, can this be caused from smoking aswell?

Hi Noodlez,

You will have less appetite cos smoking does stop you feeling hungry. At least that is what happened to me. And you won't get bronchitis if you quit smoking, so don't worry about that. Not sure about your voice, maybe you are a baritone??

Yeah my cousin stopped smoking 5 years ago cos he was coughing blood up, he hasn't touched one since. Luckily he didn't have lung cancer though.

No you won't have genes that make you get bronchitis, i don't think. You will get bronchitis or some other shit if you keep on smoking especially if you are starting coughing and stuff already. You have a large intake so no wonder you are feeling the bad affects of smoking at such a young age
