Hello everyone this is my first post. As the title says i am a serial quitter but i am determined that this is my last quit.
I have quit 3 times before all using Champix. The first was for a year, then 5 months and the last for 4 months. I think Champix is amazing for helping you quit but my problem is i forget why i quit and ended up having just 1 and of course it leads to more.
I am now on day 9 of Champix and ive only smoked 1 today but i am going to say that tomorrow is my quit day. I actually feel quite sick thinking about smoking and dont think i will have any tonight anyway so 1 today isnt bad is it.
My reason is money more than anything but now im getting older health issues are there too.
So hear goes my last ever quit

I think you answered your own question in the above. Just always stamp it in your mind that there is no such thing as "just one".
I work in a pub as a bar maid and one of my customers thinks i look like Cat Moon and i have an east london accent so calls me either Cat or Moony. I look nothing like her by the way.
