... you know what? This has been a little easier tonight - had a couple of drinks, now playing on-line poker and still ciggie free. I know it will not always be like this (been here before) but making the most of feeling relaxed and virtuous - though down on the poker!!!!

well done on completing Day 3.... you know what they say, 'your body should be nicotine free now' so any future cravings are in the mind.....

I'm only on Day 11 and using champix, not been half as bad as I thought but still 'thinking' about ciggies/smoking .... quite a bit today actually :mad:

But still going strong.....
