What gives? from what I have read it seems most people experience a bad day one day then good the next and it gradually improves. I haven’t read any post of someone with three bad days in a row other than those in the first three days or week. I'm on day 12 and I haven’t even been sneaking any or cheating. If I did at least I would know why I felt so tense.
This is so annoying and I hope tomorrow will be better

You must have done something really bad in a previous life Sparky
I don't know what to say except turn the negative into a positive.
Despite having 3 bad days in a row you are STILL a non smoker!
Perhaps in the past you would have crumbled and lit up, but not this time. Not this quit.
Congratulate yourself for making it through the rough times because it will get better and despite the cravings throwing everything they've got at you, you still haven't folded.
felic- Luckily the black clouds only hung around for a few days. Today was a great day for me and hopefully for you as well.
I like you idea of a reward / gift for yourself at the end of the month as you much deserve one for not smoking.
For me I get a better feeling by helping or doing for others. The money I saved not smoking last week I used to buy dinner for some people I had met at a local restaurant while waiting for a table. After talking to them for a while I could see they needed a little pick me up so I asked the waitress for their check. If you could have seen how happy and grateful they were. I didn’t realize that the waitress was going to go running over to their table to tell them what I had just done and I wish she didn’t but it truly was priceless.
I did treat myself - to a cougar I met her on the site Kitkat posted earlier in the week. I attached a picture just incase you missed it earlier. Isn't she great ?
I don't know the answer to that, but if it's true I'm going to get my wife to start smoking and then get her to quit!
Capitan - I'm not so sure that will work. Once they become a wife they stop all that stuff smoking or not. You may have better luck helping a stranger quit smoking - here I picked one out for you

Try to stay positive and let your mind take control of those depressing feelings...Think "yay I am happy I am a non-smoker!" instead of "Maybe I should just smoke so I can feel normal again" There is nothing normal about being a drug addict and nicotine is a drug addiction, The cravings and depression is a way of showing you that your body is getting rid of that addiction so rejoice in that fact.
