I think after recent tension recently it would be a good idea to post a thought about it!
Let's remember why we came to this forum in the first place.
We came here to get support and advice from other quitters who know exactly what we are going through.
No matter if you're 1 or 100 days into your quit we are all in the same boat and the support we get from each other is second to none.
I don't think I would ever of got this far without the help of people on this forum and for that I am grateful.
Because of that support, I have now quit smoking for almost 6 months now and I can now reassure those in the early days of their quit that 'IT DOES GET EASIER!'
No matter what method you use, I will be as supportive as much as I can.
It is unfortunate that every so often these threads get so heated and shift away from the true purpose of being on here in the first place.
We are all different and we aren't always going to agree with each other, but we need to respect each other and not let ourselves get too angry about these things.
The better person is the one who backs down and doesn't let these little things get to them.
I myself would like to draw a line right here and forget all the tension and bad feeling that has overshadowed this forum recently.
I'm no angel myself and would like to apologise if any of my posts have ever offended anyone. It's never been my intention.
Remember...... Tis the time for forgiving.
It's Christmas everybody! Lets have some happiness and fun!
