I made it through the first 24 hours OK. Didn't have too many problems, had a few cravings but nothing major. OH, who is also quitting, came home and had a ciggie, but I resisted 
Go me!! 
It's probably a little easier for me as I have patches whereas he is doing it CT. I thought I would struggle after dinner last night but it wasn't too bad. Anyhow enough of my smugness I've still got a long way to go. I'm all patched up ready for the next 24 hours. Bring it on!
