Oh hun im sorry that your struggling at the moment. Again its the end of the 3s plus the other bits rolled into one and with any luck it will soon go. As you say its a lot of other things coming along too that have reared their head and need dealing with. You are stronger than you know and i for one know you can get through this and stay smoke free. Im here for you.
I got it bad about this time too snow. It turned out to be all about not allowing myself any time. In the past, I would sneak that time whilst smoking. I would advise to try and give yourself some special time and you will get through this x

Thanx Fiona,
That makes so much sense!!
4 kids and hubby, the endless house work of cooking,. cleaning, washing, ironing , school runs etc etc and also the two night shifts and a day shift i do i know i have no time to myself
It's fitting in that special time.... i will check my diary and see when i suppose lol
I know! 3 kids and a husband and an 8 - 6 full time job its nigh on impossible! However, I worked on the premise that I managed to make time for a smoke! I invested in lots of Molton Brown and other nice smelling stuff and had nightly baths with a locked door (to discourage those persky kids) and a good book for a good while. Now I just take myself off when I feel the need.
Good to see you not caving and working through it. xx
Know exactly where you are at snowie. I have had a bit of a tough month with it but seem to have come out of the otherside of it now.
I think Fiona is bang on the money, you need to take a bit of time out for you. I know it seems hard when there is so much going on but if you dont do it something will snap and that is not going to help anyone.
hello snow. sorry you are going through a tough time. hope you can find some time for yourself..its very hard in this busy life but you need it so try and find the time. best wishes hun ---you will make it through
Hey Snow, sorry I only just saw this now... sorry to hear that you're having a rough time!
I didn't really care for being in month 4... don't know why... don't think it was the terrible threes attacking at the wrong time... I was also dreading visiting my extended family for the holidays which just made me feel completely helpless.
That seems to be the case with what you've got on your plate at the moment so either ride out the tough time ahead (maybe hubby and kids are in a specially stress inducing mood??) or do something about it and make time for yourself Finding something that makes me happy has been one of my favourite things about quitting, hope you find something soon!
Hi snow sorry you are having a bad time ,i agree take some time out for you know matter what is going on around you . and loads of deep breaths on craves that helps me . Hang on in there im here if you want to talk xxxxx
sorry you are having a hard time just now, I am finding it a real rollercoaster, today Im really positive, tomorrow, who knows?
The one thing is that smoking wont help, the problems will still be there, along with the worry of your health if you start again, and this bloody goverment are taking away enough of our cash, imagine starting smoking again, you will have to take on an extra shift a week to pay for the dammed things, how stressfull would THAT be?
We are all here for you Hun, just like you have been there for us.
I think Fiona's advice is fantastic.
The hoovering or whatever can wait - go have a nice hot steamy bath.
Wooooo lets not get too radical!! Nothing has ever been cured by putting off housework, cooking ect.
Now extra work to take your mind off things like washing the car, cutting grass, painting the lounge..........all worth while..........just try not to make too much noise I am trying to watch the telly!!!!
