Todays a tough day, have to keep taking deep breaths. But I won't give in.
Have been ok over the last couple of weeks but today is a different story.
Oh well, just get on with it i suppose. Tomorrow it will be better. Why did i ever smoke!!!!

We get good days and bad MrM :(......... I, like you, wish i'd never seen a ciggie :mad:
Had a few drinks and still resisting, not easy but i will not fail. This is hard, i have ordered a curry to help take my mind off it. Help!!!
