4th time lucky

Hi guys

i gave up 3 times in the past with patches and gum and failed shortly after i stopped using the nrt .

This time i am going cold turkey its day two and i feel quiet good .

i have smoked for about 20 odd years, how sick is that . i am 38 years old i need to stop for good .
