Ok so im on day 3. Im all out of lozenge's and man, its freaking cold outside and a long walk to get some. Guess i'll have to stick it out cold turkey today.

I'm sure you will be fine without them. Just promise yourself if you are stuggling, take the walk and get them.

Well done on Day 3, that is really good my friend.

As Sian has said if you start to struggle please take the trip out and buy some lozenges or gum, dont allow the Nicodemon back in as its early days and he will try and get you back.

Remember that:

You dont need or want to smoke

You dont get anything from it least of all any stress relief or feelings of calm its all how we imagine it will be

You were not born a smoker and are stronger than the Nicodemon

Thanks for the replies. I did go out and get the lozenge's. But theyre double strength than i normally use. Stupid things are giving me a headache xD

Mmmm also i feel like im going to die of flu, but i guess that is my immune system recovering i guess.

I don't know what's happening but I'm having the flu for 3 weeks now.

And when you feeling better it comes back and hits back with vengeance.

I had terrible fever and I keep hearing the swine flu is around.

What about u guys?
