Strictly vs X factor?

Hi guys and gals, which do you all prefer out of strictly come dancing and X factor. I'd love to know why and who you think should win this year.

I haven't watched X factor in a long time but everyone at work prefer it so it ca't be bad.

I love strictly and I want danni or Lisa to win. I've a feeling Lisa is going to struggle tonight though because she's got the rumba and I can't exactly imagine that being a success, her and robin come across too jokey

Love Strictly:). Louis and Flavia to win:). Brucie so needs replaced, just cringeworthy.

X Factor - used to quite like it when the kids were younger, but can take or leave it now. Not the same without 'My Simon'.

Disappointed Ella was voted off last week, I thought she had an amazing voice.

I think Denise Van Outen is going to win it, I mean come on, she's been in the west end shows, she practically dances like a pro...

I'm very impressed with Lisa and I think Louis is fab ,

I agree that Denise is likely to win' not sure if that is fair tho , given her experience.

NEver seen XFactor , very proud of that fact but not aas proud as being

a stoptoberer and eight weeks smoke free

Makes me want to dance a quckstep, rhumba and cha cha cha all at once

I've only started to watch Strictly this series, because i wanted to learn to dance and we went to a great ballroom intro day...now i'm hooked and watching all their feet with a new respect..not easy

I've never watched X Factor, don't even like the trailers nor all the in-fighting (as reported). Love Strictly and want them all to win!! Absolutely love watching Flavia whoever she dances with.

I used to enjoy watching both of these programmes but think I am getting fed up with the 'same old, same old'.

No one particularly stands out as being anything special in either of them for me but in Strictly I do think that Denise's professional training makes her shine out above the rest.

Evie I agree, it does, which is why I don't think she should be on it. It gives her an unfair advantage. She is great though.
