Day 2 of being a non-smoker!

Today has been much better than yesterday, I actually feel fine at the moment! Been going out walking, once in the afternoon and once after evening meal. This really helps with cravings and I'm hoping it will stop me from gaining too much weight as well!

How is everyone else doing?

Hi

Well done walking is a fab crave buster. Drink plenty of water flush out all the bad lemon juice is good. When you have a crave go out side take big deep breaths of fresh air. Remember the craves dont last for ever thing will get easyer.xxxx

keep up the good work and be strong. walking is good and I found avoiding situations and places that I used to smoke in helped take my mind off it
