Today has been 125 days since I took that step and quit smoking. I find that I am super comfortable in my quit and there is more distance between the days that I am NOT thinking about smoking.
I am proud of where I am today. I just want to thank everyone for their support. This website surely helped me in my journey. And if you are looking at this and contemplating quitting, do it, it will be the best decision you have ever made. You will be proud of yourself when you get where I am today. The days do get easier... so just say, "I will NEVER take another puff."
