I 'think' i'm allowed in aren't i? or am i confused? Anyway i will be 12 weeks/3 months quit come tuesday and i am keen to move forwards because lets face it looking back is a big no no....it's not good so am i accepted in here??

I will continue on the assumption i'm allowed in :eek::D. I am 3 months without a puff, never thought i'd get here, thought i was hooked for life but no, thank god for willpower and my higher good that stops me. Whatelse stopped me it certainly wasn't nrt. I'm feeling tons better and once again this forum has been my saviour so thanks again peoples.

I realised today at just how well i have done, i won 't say why becauuse i don't want to possibly publicly offend anyone but putting it this way...i had NO IDEA at how evil nicotine can actually be, it plays this awful game and trys to convince you that just one fag at half past four in the day isn't smoking because it's so late into the day that it isn't classed as smoking :eek: for gods sake of course it is.

SMOKING IS SMOKING, one puff two fuffs 3 puffs a whole fag...only once a day, twice a day, oh come on get a grip!!!!!!!! You are now a smoker again.

Sorry for being abrupt but today i realised just how sad and pathetic nicotine actually is and what it does to people, it will cause arguments, cost you money, make you lie, make you ill, in fact it might just might KILL you but it will pretend to be your best friend in the meantime while pushing everyone else away and kill you.

Moving in to month 4 and very very happy about it, good luck to everyone. xxx

Great to know you have reached month 3, a quarter of a year wow, you are now banging on the door to get in, so enter and and I am sure you will have a warm welcome, I bet you feel super duper and proud and why not you have achieved something that you were sure at the begining you wouldnt manage but you have so congrats and well done, onwards and upwards to the Penthouse.

Hi angel .....You will do make more days to your quit ..you know you will ..Sometimes i dont know if i am gonna make another day without smoking ...

we all have crap to deal with....You are not alone with that ....I am no expert & your not being fair angel putting A big question on me whether u will stay quit or not? ........ That is up to you.....If ure BF will be glad ure smoking again ..then ure relationship is also up to you ......
