10 Months done now for me.

Just checking in to notch up another month done. I'm not watching the days, weeks or anything right now, even managed to sail past my 300 day milestone over the weekend as I totally forgot it was soon :).

So 10 months done (and 300 days+) and really not thinking about cigs at all any more than just the odd thought now n again but never something that results in a desire to smoke.

Its nice to see so many folk also that were a little ahead of me (zolat, who is now also 10 months as of some 3 maybe 4 days ago), and all those that i've drawn comfort from seeing also succeed that are a little behind where i am.. (bradders, elliekez, bman, amsie etc). That said you do see some folk stop posting altogether and you hope they are doing ok.. and still free.

So keep going on your quits, its only as difficult as you allow it to be. Don't survive it.. live it.

Excellent round number there Jase............ that one year is without doubt yours.

There's a lovely red wine at the shop you mention which is on offer..... 9.50 down to 4.49. White label, Chilean I think, has a little pic of a tower/clock face on the upper left corner. Can't think of the name...... try it. It's a Shiraz and lovely.
