Hi Guys,

I'm joining you again as we pass effortlessly (NOT!) from room to room, looks like we'll be in here for a while.....Hi Jojo, Josie, Linda, Gary, Dubbs and anyone else whose name I can't remember.

I have been quit for 3 Months and 15 minutes (91 days). I have saved £484.65 by not smoking 1,820 cigarettes. I have saved 6 Days, 7 hours and 40 minutes of my life. My Quit Date: 04/01/2008 11:45

Well done to all of you, especially the New Year Quitters team, I still seem to be 3 days behind you ;)

Well done on 3 months mate, you dont sound too positive though if you dont mind me saying.

Keep strong, you can do this. :)

Yeah, I seem to have reached that stage where the novelty has worn off, and it's just becoming tiresome. As someone else on here said, I wish they'd just ban the bloody things altogether then we'd *have* to forget about them.

Never mind, my desire to not be a smoker is still greater than my desire to smoke. And long may that continue.

I TOTALLY understand where u are coming from - went to see doc today (i now have old age acne thanks to not smokin) he asked if it was for good and i can still only say i am not smokin at the moment. i am trying to still feel smug but very hard and cant really enthuse about it any more lol

Re 3 month room, just tell them to plump up the cushions and it will be fine - should be thankful we left them !!

:D Cushions, well, there were enough of them! Well remembered :)

Regarding enthusiasm, or the lack of it, yeah, I agree, it's just a bit of a bore now, isn't it? (I nearly said "a bit of a fag"!).

Wish we'd never started.

Oh well, just think of the money we've saved, it'll be £500 for me in a couple of days time

Arrrgh ok this could turn into a most depressing thread!!! We must be more positive try to think of 3 things that have change for you since january and they must be positives -

[*]i dont smell

[*]i can walk up numerous flights of stairs without keeling over in a wheezing heap

[*]i can manage at least 2 jives on the trot

So it may be boring, ( or is that just us) but .........
