G's I must be a real air head......i have just read a post from a lady who is struggling after stopping her patches and gum......it never occurred to me that i would withdraw from my patches. I really don't know what I thought the next stage would be.......feel a little daft for admitting this but hey its out there now!!

You will get a bit of withdrawal & it can be a bit of a struggle but only like dropping down a strength ....ure not naive at all ..you sound so like me lol ...not laughing at u ..but the only reason i know all this..is coz ive been here before (a few times:o)
