100 days of NOT SMOKING ....

am I leaping round the chandeliers.......ooooo no that's the other site :eek:...... well even if I wanted too I couldn't..... due to a well developed lardy a**e lol

do I miss cigarettes............ nope not at all......... but I miss the familiarity of that 'friend' through good times and bad....... time will be the healer....and waiver I shall not......

do I miss spraying myself in Armani Code trying to hide the fact I'd had a cigarette..........nope but love the smell minus the eau de fag......

This addiction has drained every bit of strength I had....kicking it's butt......but I spy the flicker from the Penthouse and I'll be damned if it's gonna be extinguished....so onward I plod.....with thanks to you all for the constant support.....Smoking? Gee that was sooooooooooo last year

Really pleased for you Michelle well bloody done....as a fellow Octoquitter it certainly has been tough and I think we're all feeling it a little bit....however huge congratulations to us all. Yes we're a bit lardier but our lungs are lovely and pink. We may feel a bit down at times but how would smoking ever help cheer us up. It's just an illusion....hoo-bloody-ray....here's to 100 days today.

I'm reet pleased....I think our October group is going strong, we're tough us lot in October....Halloween's in October and nobody can scare the crap out of us...especially Mr. nicotine Monster so piss off back to hell you little shit.

Well i'll go to the foot of our stairs. who'd have thought it, a hundred days without a cigarette a blooming miracle. i completely resonate with your post. and smoking is sssssooooo last year. i dont think i could carry it off if i took it up again.... it was a flaming nuisance.
