Hi Wendyann...well done on getting to Day 3, I've just gone into Day 6 and am ok at the moment.
I think we have to take each moment at a time, stay positive and remember why we are doing this.
I see from your post that you have been having problems with the patches sticking....same here. I have tiny arms and they are not big enough for the patch to stick to, have found the only place they stay put is on my backside!!! cos unfortunately that's not tiny like my arms lol!!
Anyway keep going WendyAnn and lots and lots of good luck x
Well done everyone it seams to come over me in waves... or more like hitting a brick wall. i am fine for a few hours then all of a sudden my brain realises whats going on and goes into panic mode. However the waves are getting less frequent which can only be a good thing

I remember from last time, my backside was a good place. Good luck to you as well, must admit it helps knowing someone else is doing this with patches.
Thanks everyone for the replies. Have had some major cravings this afternoon but still staying positive.
