Week 3 - day 17 - still here - YAAAAY!!

Hey all - haven't posted for about a week now, but I still haven't smoked! DESPITE a very stressful wedding reception at the weekend, a bad week at work, and other stuff - so I MUST be getting there!

I woke up yesterday craving my morning fag for the first time since I stopped - but it didn't last long once I was awake enough to remember I didn't smoke!

Hope everyone's still with me despite the forum mysteriously vanishing for a couple of days (if it was anybody reading this who stole it - thanks for giving it back, just don't do it again!!! :p)

Nice to see all the regulars are still going strong and not used the forum disappearing as an excuse to have a sly drag!

I've surprised myself how calm I've kept when I'd usually be shouting my head off...must be the champix...what a wonderful drug!!!! Plus I'm sleeping so well...like I did as a teenager in fact, have to be kicked out of bed in the morning! In fact when you think about it there's no negatives is there?!

Not 3 times no! Although I do usually get up once now which I never did before :confused:

Could it be because smoking used to dehydrate us? I know I'm drinking even more tea now than I ever did!

Yaaaay there's still people with me - WELL DONE!!!

I don't seem to be going to the loo more at night - just twice as much in the day, as I tend to have a drink now when i would've had a fag - and I have time to drink more coffee!

How do you get a signature on here? I tried it once and nothing happened - or does it only change when you post again after adding it? I want pretty colours!

Go to user CP (top left hand on the toolbar) go into signature and change it!! I think I may brighten mine up too!!

Testing to see if I've got a signature cos the preview didn't work.....
