Well done its a great feeling. Went out saterday For a christmas night with my 6 sisters 4 smoke. When they was coming back after there puff they was frezzing and stinking. NO bloody thank you.Lol xxxx

hey all yes we are doing great... I dont go out to pubs etc.. done it etc and cant be arsed at 49.. love a drink at home but dont seem make me want a smoke, in fact helps me as stops me driving to buy any.

i am on day 23 and my worst time is when I wana go loo as it helped me relax.. and when leaving work. once in hous I am safe woooo
