spots on arm that patch is on??????

i have just noticed that i have got 3 or 4 spots on my face and 2 on my arm, well the ones on my arm are more like large hard lumps with red tips!

am i worrying unnecessarily?

The most i've heard of with patches is itching and i think i saw that someone said they got whelps.

Could it be possibly an allergic reaction to the patches this?

I have used the patch and the only thing I had was itching terrible after I took it off and then whelps but never what you are talkign about. Might have to talk to your doctor.

I don't know much about patches just what I read on here but don't remember anything like you're describing

If you're worried go see a Dr and if you can't get to heim a pharmacist should be able to help and advice you

Spots in general when quitting are quite normal as the body starts to cleanse itself of all the rubbish you used to put in it. It comes otu of every available place and some of that is through your skin pores.

You can help the process by drinking plenty of water, and there are lots of spot remedies in your local Chemist.
