Thanks for the good wishes Marg, Jase, Ellie, Jude and Chrissie, been in a bit of a fog but that's no excuse for not saying thanks, my apologies.

General query, y'know how we have little moments when we crave/think of fags, because something we're doing reminds us of a time when we did have a smoke. Have just been listening to an artist I haven't in a long time and I actually remembered the fags I use to smoke whilst listening, has anyone else experienced that? Have quite an extensive collection, so it could be a real pain the arse if you catch my drift.

Anyway dentist earlier, so celebrating with red wine and a steak :p: - that'll bug the hygenist, though in retrospect perhaps should've done it last night instead, can feel a punishing need for coffee too, perhaps an expresso :cool::cool: Teeth good but would be perfect if I flossed! Obviously giving up smoking isn't enough for these people, wonder what'll be next on there no no list.

Strange you mention about the music senerio tonight MAH

I have been having an evening of Coldplay (not good) nearly every album has a memory of me, a moment and a fag:mad:

Was planning to celebrate my 4 months on the Sat at Wembley but not sure if its a good idea now :confused:

I'm not at Coldplay at Wembley had a place but it conflicts with the GNR, so gave mine up, all my friends will be there though. This truly is spooky though. I must have 500 CD's - perhaps a clear out of stuff I'm never likely to listen too again is in order - wonder how many others have experienced this. Just had another thought, all the venues inc. Wembley you can't smoke anyway, I was for the Foo's and my "friend" keep shouting every time I did. Was thinking how much easier it would be to not smoke and not run the gauntlet so yet another positive to quitting.

So this time when you can't smoke it won't bother you because you don't smoke. We both need to remember we don't smoke and haven't done so for quite a few months now. Stay strong!
