Mmmm - curious old day - for a lot of us by the look of it! I wonder if it is post-first-week-blues?

I got through today by the skin of my teeth, unconsciously buying ciggies! :eek:

Made it though - will be more careful in the future!

The main thing is u made it through, and just imagine if you had failed at day 8 all that hard work gone, and to be repeated. Doesn't matter how u get through, skin of teeth, or hair or whatever u did it.

Go have some chocolate.

Well done for not smoking the ciggies Coaltyt, Day 8 for me today and I'm feeling a bit Hmmmm as well. Did'nt help that OH was smoking in the car on a 12 mile journey . . . But I got through it and chewed some minty gum . . . .

Well done on getting through day 8 all of you! I'm a newbie at this level of quitting - is day 8 notoriously tough? If so I'll prepare myself for incoming cravings ha ha

Hope I get through my first non smoking visit to the pub ok tonight! Any and all second week survival tips will be gratefully accepted :O)
