Am I drunk? Hell yes!

BUT! Not one smoke!

In one week I have killed 2 triggers.

1) I had a really bad time physically at the beginning of the week.... but didn't even think of smoking.

2) Tonight got drunk with friends - some smoke/some don't ... an didn't even think of smoking...

I think I really really might make it this time...

Well done! I do hate it that a lot of people say you have to give up drinking when you quit smoking. It's just not true! I can drink and not smoke quite happily, although at first I swapped my lager for white wine as wine and smoking never went together for me, lager and smoking did. But Now I can drink just fine without smoking. Gosh - sounds like I spend all my time drinking, sorry not true. Fruit juice is good too

Hi all! Thanks for the replies.....yep my head hurts, but I don't have that tight chest and cough that normally happens after a night out - I think every smoker chain smokes when drinking, I know I did.

So yeah I feel good and feel like a proper non smoker!
