i went a hole 6 weeks without really been that bothered about fags, so what is it about been in month 3, ive really struggled wanting fags loads, i dontnwo if its cos im back intouch with mates that smoke or what but im craving loads when does it end !!!

Hi Suzy,

I'm the same I'm glad I'm not the only one, I don't know weather it is craving or thinking about fags. None and I mean none of my friends smoke a lot of them are ex smokers. When I asked them they all said at some point they got bad cravings, some at 5 months one even said a year later. Just stick it out ride out the craving we have done so well I think maybe we might be testing our self!

its just so tempting to go and buy some fags, its only 2 of my mates that smoke the rest of them are non smokers so i cant really say its cos of that, i have got loads and loads of personal problems going on, my window got put threw by drunken yoobs a few nights ago, and that doesnt help, i just wish i could go back to not giving fags a second thought for a few weeks!!!

Yeah me too Suzy, It has really got me down lately. Thought I was going to well to be true, then last few weeks really got to me....

Getting a little better now, Very odd how these 3s Day 3, Wk 3 and Month 3 get to so many of us..... But U know what we are nearly past all 3 now, So Keep up the good work and stay positive Kaz
