Hi jamie, well done on getting through a tough day today and not giving in, when we struggling it feels like we never gonna do it, but once the tough bit ends and we have a good day and you are due a good day tommorrow, you will feel so proud that you did it and beat the crave and it will make you feel more determined and confident and each time we face it we get stronger and stronger until the craves get less and less, so today jamie you won and you should be proud, keep strong and you will soon be feeling better, x
