sorry its been a while. been busy moving house etc..
i just realised that tomorrow is 4 calendar months since i quit. i told a guy at work and he asked if i feel any better for it.
i have to admit i hesitated before i answered and then realised that of course i feel better for it !! a million times better!
the trick is to never forget how crap you felt when smoking. the body has an amazing way of forgetting things, even the most painful things so you can potentially end up thinking that you didnt feel that bad when you were smoking because how good you feel as a non smoker becomes "normal" again and you cant imagine having felt any different.
hope that makes sense anyway!
