Hi Nog, wow 4 Months, CONGRATULATIONS to you, and a massive big well done..... Love seeing posts like these, really inspire me to carry on and knowing everybody else doing so well, dont like to feel u are letting anyone down. Keep up the brilliant work Kaz
well done on four months, but, isn't this a bit of a crap message to be putting out in school ? As adults we understand the meaning, but surely for kids this just says ...quote ... Giving up smoking is the easiest thing in the world .. so starting is no big deal at all because quitting is dead easy .. at what age do kids 'get' irony?
Ahhh it doesnt stand alone as a quote. There are discussion points below each quote. I only spotted it when I was leaving this evening but I will have a proper look tomorrow just for you BB! It is a secondary school I work in and I would like to think that they will be getting irony at that age.
Four months completed is just brilliant. And only TWO bad habits? If you're going to restrict yourself to only two, I guess they'd better be good ones! (For myself, I might choose a different!)
Firstly, CONGRATULATIONS on 4 months without the filthy smoking fog!

Thank you for putting this down .. I'm in week 3 and am wondering if I will ever stop thinking about smoking. It's good to know that one day it WILL happen, even if it feels like it won't. I love reading posts where people have succeeded, it spurs me on. Well done and thank you for posting
