yep day 5 and all i can say is champix is brilliant.

well that and the proper state of mind.

read somewhere in this forum a simple sentence which makes all this worthwhile.

cant remember the exact words but goes something like.....

when you are having a craving and just before you decide to cave in just remember you are choosing to smoke again !!!!!!!!!

i know that sounds silly but it really hit home

Champix is great, it really is... but remember it is YOU that is quitting. You are the one who decided and keeps deciding not to smoke! All the Champix is doing is giving you a little nudge in the right direction.

I wonder how long it will be before it is proved dangerous and removed from sale?

Has to happen, too many people successfully quitting is not good for business!

Its a worry isn't it!

The reason I started a thread to see how the 100 day+ quitters started off is that I suspect that many of them are Champix success stories.
