Fairywings still here, feeling much better today, i am now on day 5 of my first ever quit, i am puffing on a inhalator. tried a patch but my arm swelled up. i have more energy now than i,ve had for a long while.

I'm still here :D. I've been working night shifts and sleeping during the day so that's made it easier. I've been feeling surprisingly good! There's times that I think about having a cig but it's just a passing thought cause after 30+ years it's such a habit. If I was on a break at work I'd have a coffee and a cig, now it's like "what do I do now"?. I still have enough resolve tho that if womeone were to pass me a lit smoke, I'd refuse it. After tonite, I'm off for the next week so that will be my challange.

Hang in there, tomorrow will be our 6th day!!!!!!! We are soooooooo good :).
