Hi Smokecat and anyone one else who looks in.

Before I went on hols I was keeping an eye on smokecats progress but they seem to have been lost in the threads and I cant find an update.

Are you still going strong? I seem to work out that you should be on day 17 which is why I am posting in week 3.

Just let me know that you are ok?

Wow thank you so much for posting that! It really means a lot to me that you care about my progress. To answer your question, yes I am still going strong, and I am on day 17 (though I haven't kept count as much as the first days ;))

The reason I haven't been on the forum lately is simply that I have been quite busy and had to travel around a lot. Also I didn't have a lot of trouble with my quit the last week so I didn't think too much about it I was just about to make my first post in this forum section and saw this post, it really made me happy.

How are you doing? You must be done with your second week now? Congratulations are in order.
