Just got back from a work trip and have to tell you all i got really drunk and had a joint OH MY GOD never had one before felt ill as after i had a few puffs feel awfull 9 days down the pan so i will see you all back in day 1 in the morning ((((cant belive i have to go through the first awfull week again)))

You don't go back to day 1 - a blip is a blip we all have blips but as long as you get back on the saddle and keep riding away from those smokes then you've quit. If not think how depressing it would be. It's all about the attitude and your's is for quitting so you're on Day 9 tomorrow and that's that.
