Thanks for your post Kazza. 18 days in and it's nice to know that it does get easier. Haven't done much ironing myself since I quit. I know it's stupid but it was one of those chores that I used to reward myself with a ciggie. So no reward, no ironing (any old excuse eh). Well done on 2 months
HA HA ! I like your style Cazbags. I will remember that one next time theres a chore i cant look at lol. Oh and well done Kazza cant wait till im that far on in the quit. Your an inspiration x

Strange, I've been the opposite. I've been doing more chores to keep my mind off the cigs. I think about all that time I wasted going out for a cigarette.
No reward though! Maybe a big fresh cream cake eh Dossydo?
Thanks Guys. It feels good not to be the only smoking as most of my famiy and friends stopped long ago or neverstarted in the first place. I used to fee SOOOOOOOOOOO left out. NOT ANYMORE!
You are so lucky that your family doesn't smoke. Most of my family doesn't smoke either, but my hubby's family - OMG!!! They are chimneys! It's really hard when I am around his family most of the time and they are ALL puffing away. I manage to slip by each time a non-smoker! The second hand smoke on the other hand is enough to KILL me...it's terrible!
It is so much easier when no one is smoking around you. None of my family smoke apart from my hubbie. He did quit but is having problems keeping going at the moment.
Have you found that everywhere you look their are people smoking though. Even walking through town all i can smell is smoke.
I agree it iseasier when people don't smoke near you. I'm lucky as only me now in my family smoked.Even my Dad (who LOVED his cigars) quit when the ban came in cos he plays golf 4 time a week and he could no longer smoke in the clubhouse. Steve (hubby) has never smoked. I guess the house itself wasn't a trigger as I only ever smokd in my garden. Cos its done nothing but rain
and be cold of late I've not wanted to go outside anyway!
Aww Kazza I'm sorry that I missed the celebrations for your 2 months mark!! Omg you are a total star and I'm sooooooo proud of you img.photobucket.com/albums/...
