Hi everyone how is you all doing.

I have nearly reached 5months i am on 0.5mg champix every other day.

i feel great smoking doesnt bother me i can stand outside with my friends while they smoke and i dont want one.

I am sleeping better now going to the gym 5/6days a week and still cant shift any weight hopefully that will level out soon.

Congrats to everyone else who have made it past the 4month mark Miss B, Smokeless and Barney sorry if i missed anyone out. Well done Buffy getting to 8months

I've noticed my jeans are getting a little snug, infact, all my clothes are. Guess I should be hitting the gym too.

Buffy i havent been on a lot lately as i have been training up my new office bitch lol, so now i am working with a fit bird and she smokes i have been outside with her a few times when she goes for a ciggy and its great because it doesnt bother me anymore, so have been really busy at work for a change and havent had time to post.

i wouldnt say i was an inspiration, pervert yes, dirty old man yes, inspiration no but thank you for saying those kind words you have made an old man very happy or is it a happy man very old. The real inspirations on this forum are Miss B & Buffy and the like, who have been a great help to me, especially the two that i have named and shamed as they have a filthy minds like me and have given me hours of entertainment with their posts (flaps etc)
