Never did I think I'd have the determination or strength to give up. I always said I would some day, but deep down I had convinced myself it was impossible. I started feeling shitty in general with my life, no money, smelling bad, stress, ect so I decided I'd quit this time; this time was to be for good. I really have stopped this time, not even a drag. I don't desperately want them anymore, sometimes I'm in the mood for one but I never follow through with my thought.
It's been forty days today and I cannot express how ecstatic and happy I am.
I got a free gym pass off the NHS yesterday so I'm going to use that to shift some of the extra weight I've gained (about four pounds). Good luck to anyone else, trust me - it can be done!
